      制备一种新型高温无灰环状磷酸酯(CP)润滑脂添加剂,采用红外光谱和热分析仪对其分子结构及热稳定性进行表征。利用SRV-IV摩擦磨损实验机考察该添加剂高温下在锂基润滑脂中的摩擦学性能。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察试验后试样的磨损表面形貌,采用X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)对磨痕表面元素进行分析。试验结果表明,无灰环状磷酸酯能大幅度提高基础脂高温下的减摩抗磨性能,并在一定程度上可提高基础脂的极压性能。CP通过在摩擦副表面发生化学吸附和摩擦化学反应,生成由Fe(OH)O,FexOy,FePO4组成的边界润滑膜,从而表现出极好的抗磨减摩性能。
英文摘要:
      A novel high temperature and ashless cyclic phosphate ester (CP) used as grease additive was synthesized.Thermal stability tests were conducted via a thermo gravimetric analyzer (TGA),and its anti-wear property was evaluated through an Optimol SRV-IV oscillating reciprocating friction and wear test on high temperature.SEM and XPS were also employed to investigate the morphologies of the wear scars and lubrication mechanism.Results indicate that the CP can effectively improve the tribological performances of the base grease,and can enhance the extreme pressure property of the base grease to some extent.Boundary lubrication films composed of Fe(OH)O,FexOy,FePO4 are formed on the worn surface through chemical adsorption and tribochemical reactions when using CP as grease additive,which results in excellent friction-reducing and anti-wear properties.
