      采用电化学方法测定水基切削液用缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能。以壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯缓蚀剂为例,测定6061铝合金在壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯溶液中的电化学交流阻抗和极化曲线,评价其缓蚀性能。结果表明,电化学方法测定结果与缓蚀剂常用的液相全浸腐蚀试验法的结果完全一致,证明采用电化学交流阻抗和极化曲线评定水基切削液中缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能是可行的。壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯是一种混合型缓蚀剂,可同时抑制阴极和阳极反应,在一定范围内,其添加量越大,缓蚀性能越好。
英文摘要:
      The anticorrosion property of inhibitor used in water-based cutting fluid was studied by electrochemical method.Taking nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate ester as an example, the potential curve and AC impedance spectroscopy of 6061 aluminum alloy in the solution of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate ester were measured to assess the corrosion inhibition to water-based cutting fluid.The results of electrochemical method are the same as results of liquid immersion corrosive test method, so potential curve and AC impedance spectroscopy can be used to assess inhibitors of water-based cutting fluid.Nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate ester is a mix-type inhibitor, which can inhibit cathodic and anodic process, and its anticorrosion property is improved with higher concentrations within a certain range.
