      研究Span80与平平加OS 15的复配表面活性剂对纳米粒子在润滑油中分散稳定性的影响。对润滑油进行离心实验和吸光度检测,探究表面活性剂对纳米粒子在润滑油中分散稳定性的影响,结果表明:复配活性剂的分散效果明显优于单剂;室温条件下,复配活性剂质量分数对纳米粒子分散性影响显著,随复配活性剂质量分数的增加,分散稳定性呈现出先增大后减小的趋势;在40 ℃条件下,随复配活性剂质量分数的增加,纳米粒子分散性能无显著提升。实验证明,室温条件下,复配表面活性剂对纳米粒子有着更为优异的分散作用,这为纳米润滑油长期稳定储存提供了一种新方法。
英文摘要:
      The surfactants mixed by Span80 and Peregal OS 15 on the dispersion stability of the nanoparticles in lubricating oils were researched.Centrifugal experiments and absorbance detection of the lubricating oils were carried out to study the effect of surfactants on dispersion stability of the nanoparticles in lubricating oils.The results show that the dispersion stability of the compound surfactant is obviously better than that of the single surfactant.At room temperature,the compound surfactant content has significant effects on the dispersion of the nanoparticles,and with the increasing of the surfactant content,the stability of the nanoparticles is increased first and then decreased.When the temperature reaches 40 ℃,the dispersion of the nanoparticles is not significantly improved with the increasing of the compound surfactant content.This research indicates that,at room temperature,the compound surfactant has an excellent dispersion effect for the nanoparticles in lubricating oils,which provides a new method for realizing long time stable store of the nanoparticle lubricating oils.
