      采用数值分析方法研究超大滑滚比(2.0≤S≤∞)条件下表面波纹度对线接触热弹流润滑(EHL)的影响。分析在不同滑滚比条件下的表面波纹度的变形情况,研究表面速度和载荷对零卷吸工况下的油膜厚度、压力和温度分布的影响。结果表明,在大滑滚比条件下下,表面波纹度的变形随滑滚比的增加而减小;油膜凹陷深度和压力峰高度随表面速度降低而增加外,温升随表面速度增加而增加。
英文摘要:
      The effect of high slide roll ratio (2.0≤S≤∞) on thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) in line contact was explored numerically. The deformation of the surface waviness with different slide roll ratio was analyzed. The values of the surface velocity and the applied load were also altered to see the effect. The results show that, under a high slide roll ratio, the deformation of the surface waviness is decreased with the increase of the slide roll ratio. The dimple depth and pressure peak are increased with the reduction of the surface velocity while the thermal rise is also increased with the increase of the surface velocity.
