      针对多功能小型手持式电圆锯蜗轮磨损失效评价过程存在着少数据、数据不清晰等问题,利用灰色理论中GM(1,1)模型,结合蜗轮失效所隐含的噪声、工作电流和温度等参数变化,构造基于灰色理论的电圆锯蜗轮磨损失效评价模型。通过实例计算介绍该评价方法的评价过程,同时也证明了该方法的可行性和实用性,为电圆锯蜗轮磨损提供了一种新的预测方法。
英文摘要:
      Aimed at the problems of less data or undefined data in multifunctional mini circular saw worm gear abrasion evaluation process,by using the GM(1,1) model of grey theory,combining with the parameters change of worm gear failure,including noise,working current and temperature,the circular saw worm gear abrasion failure evaluation model was constructed based on grey theory.The evaluation process of the evaluation method proposed was introduced by an example.The feasibility and practicability of the method were also proved.A new prediction method is provided for circular saw worm gear abrasion.
