      采用MATLAB模拟齿轮齿面三维形貌,通过MATLAB编程构建齿面润滑油膜的三维表面形貌,通过弹流润滑数值分析计算齿面的油膜压力,并根据MATLAB计算得出基于正交实验方案的齿面润滑的最大油膜压力的经验公式。结果表明:基于MATLAB仿真得到的渐开线齿面三维表面形貌与试验测量的三维表面形貌有着极高的一致性;基于MATLA仿真得到的齿面润滑油膜的三维形貌与实际润滑油膜分布规律吻合,仿真得到的最大油膜压力与实验测得的最大油膜压力误差低于10%;油膜压力的大小与表面形貌呈现负相关,有着较好的一致性,所提出的方法能够用于齿面油膜三维形貌预测。
英文摘要:
      3D topography of the gear tooth surface was simulated by using MATLAB,and three dimensional morphology of lubricating oil film was established based on MATLAB programming.The oil film pressure of tooth surface was calculated by numerical analysis method of elastohydrodynamic lubrication.The experience formula of oil film pressure was established according to the MATLAB calculation of tooth surface lubrication based on the orthogonal experiment scheme.The results show that 3D surface topography of the gear tooth surface simulated by MATLAB has a high consistency with the result of experimental measurement,and 3D topography of lubricating oil film simulated by MATLAB is in good agreement with the actual lubricating oil film distribution law.The error is less than 10% between the measured maximum oil film pressure by experiment and the calculation value.The relationship between the value of oil film pressure and the surface morphology presents negative correlation,and has a good consistency.The proposed method can be applied to the prediction of three dimensional morphology of tooth surface oil film.
