      随机采集25列CRH1型动车组齿轮箱润滑油的1003个PQ检测样本数据,研究CRH1型车齿轮箱油PQ值的分布规律,利用概率数理统计数学方法,计算、建立PQ监测参考阈值。将PQ检测技术应用于高铁动车组齿轮箱磨损监测的初步实践表明,利用参数估计的概率统计数学方法,在大样本基础上生成理论监测阈值的方法是可行的,可为动车组安全运用和状态维修提供参考依据。
英文摘要:
      1003 readings by PQ(Particle Quantifier)were collected randomly as the sample data,which was generated from the PQ inspecting to the gearboxes oil of 25 CRH1 high speed electric multiple units.The distribution regular pattern of the CRH1 gearbox PQ data was studied,and the monitoring limited value was calculated by using probability and statistics theory.By applying the PQ monitoring technology to gearbox oil of high speed electric multiple unit,the primary practice shows that it is feasible to generate the theoretic monitoring threshold value based on a large amount of samples by using parameteric evaluation method of mathematic probability and statistics theory,which provides a condition monitoring reference for the safe operation and condition maintenance of electric multiple unit.
